This is where it gets exciting. We develop the full design — floor plans, materials, finishes, furniture — and bring it to life in photorealistic 3D renderings.
You'll see your actual room, fully designed, before a single thing is ordered or demolished. We refine together until it's exactly right.
Build & Source
Because we're design and build, there's no handing you off to a contractor who's never seen the plan. Our own trusted trades execute the design exactly as rendered.
We manage every order, lead time, and install — cabinetry, tile, lighting, furniture — so you never have to chase a delivery or decode an invoice.
Style & Reveal
The part that makes a house feel like yours. We style every surface — art, books, linens, the little objects that make a room feel collected, not decorated.
Then we hand you the keys to a finished home, photographed and ready to live in.
